Located in Chico, California - Credentify is looking for a sales and marketing leader to help drive clients to utilize its applicant tracking system and job board.

Founded and funded by a successful local Chico entrepreneur, Credentify is trying to find a ROI focused sales and marketing leader to drive this start up from obscurity to a leadership position in the credential verification field.

Credentify has a unique value proposition -- as the core product is FREE. Your role will be to drive new signups and customers to our fully SAAS job board and applicant tracking system.

After recruiting new companies, the sales and marketing manager will work to convert those clients into paying users by utilizing our fully integrated onboarding tools including credential verification, background screening, credit checks, and - eventually - drug testing.

Credentify also offers a pre-verification service for job seekers. The sales and marketing of that service will be also the role and responsibility of this candidate.

This position requires 2-3 years sales and marketing experience ( preferably expertise in the HR field )
